Shipping Policy

  • Parcel Shipping orders are shipped directly to the shipping address you have provided .
  • Shipping orders arrival time will depend on which shipping method you choose at checkout.  Typical it takes 5-7 business days to arrive depending on location. We offer free standard shipping in Canada and the US for qualifying orders (please check our home page or FAQs for details).  Our shipping rates may vary depending on location however we strive to keep our rates as low as possible for our customers.  You will only ever be charged what our carriers charge us.  If you would like your shipment to arrive sooner we offer expedited parcel service for a fee (Check our FAQs for rates).  You can choose your shipping method at the checkout.
  • Normally, shipment(s) are scheduled to arrive Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm local time.
  • If you are not home to accept your shipment, a shipping notification card with further details will be issued.
  • Purchases from The Artisans Gifting Company can only be shipped to destinations within Canada, US and UK; Standard shipping rates apply unless specified.
