We want you to be happy with your order! We do understand that sometimes the fabric you pick isn’t the right match for your quilt or other projects the apparel isn't what you expected. If you aren’t satisfied within the first 30 days after receiving your order, let us know why and we will gladly refund your purchase, minus the shipping cost. Please note the item must be unused, and in its original condition and will need to be in its original packaging before a refund is issued – this is simply so we can resell it again. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping costs to have it sent back to us. Please keep the original packaging to make return shipments easier and more cost effective. Once the returns are inspected and approved, a refund will be issued right away and will be deposited or credited back to your PayPal account or credit card within 2-5 business days.

Our money back guarantee does not apply to fabric subscriptions or custom orders. However, customers may cancel their subscription at any time. No refunds will be issued on cancelled subscriptions. If a customer cancels the subscription after their payment date, the product will be shipped as usual.
We do everything possible to ensure accuracy when shipping orders, however, mistakes can happen! We are truly sorry if you received an incorrect order, or if the product has a defect that we didn’t catch before we sent it. If so, the shipping is on us. Contact us to arrange your return and we’ll get a replacement out for you ASAP.
