When will my product ship?
In stock products usually ship within 48 hours of receiving the order while custom order products can take from one to three weeks depending on the order while fabric bolts can take up to 6 weeks for delivery.

How will my order be shipped?
We ship with Canada Post

How much will shipping Cost?
We offer free standard shipping in Canada on orders of $200 or more excluding taxes and fees and flat rate shipping $16 in Ontario and $19 for all other provinces in Canada for orders under 200.00 excluding taxes and fees.  For our US customers we offer free shipping on orders over $200 and $22 flat rate shipping on order under $200.00  If you would like your shipment to arrive sooner we offer expedited parcel service for a fee.  You can choose your shipping method at the checkout.

Can I pick up my order?.

Orders that are scheduled in advance by contacting us at info@theartisansgiftiingcompany.com or calling (519) 919-5354 may be picked up at our location in Windsor Ontario Canada.

We offer Delivery within 40 Km of our Windsor location.  Our Delivery Fee is $7.00
