With 2020 coming to a close it is time to start thinking about Christmas. This has been such a trying year for everyone and so in our family we have decided to do only handmade gifts this year. We each have our areas of expertise when it comes to handmade and we have always incorporated it into our gift giving so it is a pretty easy transition for us to make. From art to woodworking, sewing, knitting, crocheting, cooking and canning we have it covered.
I think for me the hardest part is deciding what to make. In my search for ideas I have come across some easy Christmas gifts that can be made in very little time and so I thought I would share some of those ideas.
Scandinavian Folded Fabric Star Ornament
This project is easy and requires no sewing which I love. The stars can be used instead of bows on gifts. I have included a video tutorial by one of my favourite teachers Mister Domestic. To see more Mister Domestic Videos visit his Youtube site by clicking on the link. He is a very talented guy.
